Customer Insights Research, Inc. (CIR) was founded in 1996 as a full-service market research firm and thus has provided Market Research services for over 14 years. CIR seeks to provide organization-inspiring insights with both business and consumer market research for its clients. It does so by offering the combination of over 75 years of research experience by three senior market research professionals and cost-effective high-quality market research services.
Producing market research data and analysis is not a rare skill; many firms are capable of doing so. Adherence to the fundamentals of probabilistic statistics and sampling procedures will generate statistically reliable data. The CIR difference is in the contextualization of the results.
CIR’s client base includes many Fortune 1,000 companies along with much smaller enterprises in the B2B and B2C space. CIR provides clients with market research consulting with both qualitative and quantitative services, statistical analysis, reporting and insights into customer satisfaction, pricing, attitudinal, new product development, service assessment, rewards program development and other types of projects.
CIR believes that the best approach to client engagement is to fully understand your needs, requirements and what you are attempting to accomplish before we start to propose a solution. We also believe that a joint approach to the solution is a joint effort between the client and CIR. To that extent we follow the customer engagement model depicted.
CIR employs a project team comprised of the project sponsor (customer), project manager, senior research manager and the account executive (all CIR) to ensure that the project is managed efficiently and meets the customer’s requirements.
CIR has also developed a proprietary Customer Value Balance Sheet© that allows the identification of attributes that add value and those that require attention. The balance sheet approach is very similar to a financial balance sheet allowing everyone in the customer organization to understand the customer value reports
With the value attributes identified CIR translates the ‘voice-of-the-customer’ into the language of ‘business-process-improvement’. By understanding the output indicators and linking the value attributes CIR can identity the optimal improvements to address resulting in increased customer satisfaction, market share and revenue.
